    Hi Tonyedwarddowney ,

    Hope you are well, it seems like you are experiencing quite the struggle. 

    I suggest you contact your Account Manager to hear from him/her how to go about this. I've been on the forum a long while now, and the answer to "Can I get paid in my current country if the property is in another country?" is always a Resounding no. I'm not going to pretend to know the legal jargon, but perhaps your account manager can help you?

    You can see his/her details on the extranet, Inbox -> Booking.com messages, on the right hand side.

    Here was the reply. Something that can apparently NOT be overridden , this needs to be resolved as my bank has stated clearly that an IBAN from a member state cannot be refused and is violating European Law.

    We would like to clarify that the legal entity country of the invoicing details and the country bank account for payout need to be the same. This is a requirement set in the bank detail request form that we can not override. Therefore it is not possible to set the payout account to an account in any country other than France.

    We hope this clarified the issue to your satisfaction.
