    If you really want to cancel one property, you should do that in Writing to Booking. If you really want to cancel follow these steps:

    Please, keep in mind that cancelation is easy, but opening new account is a hassle and long wait.

    You might consider closing calendar of second account without cancelation of it. There is no technical feature such as merging your accounts. You can do that manually by going to Rates, Open/Close rooms.

    We had to do this and found BDC the easiest to sort out, some of the others were very difficult and a couple actually refused!

    Just write to BDC explaining the circumstances and it will get ironed out.

    If you have both properties on the same account, I think, you can later delete the newer property that was added as long as there are no active reservations.
