I just got the same problem as you. However, i feel so sad that they gave me all categories 10 and conclusion i got 8.
I just wonder if the guest only realize that I got 10 too much from another guest already? They even don't write any comment what good and not good? I asked directly if i should improve anything and no answer. I guess booking.com only spoil too much the guests than us who paid commission to them.
You just wrote something in my mind. I tried to contact to the customer service, they even keep to call me back 3 times because they had to ask the supervisor and at the end they emailed me which the thing which is not my point of interest anymore.
