    Same here. The guest did not turn up yet they keep sending invoice

    If your guest did not turn up did you mark the booking as a NO SHOW??

    I have the same issue. The guest was a no show and i marked it as a no show a day after. 

    I wrote to bookings about this and they told me that it was my responsibility to mark it as a no show and i still have to pay the invoice. I feel that is completely unfair.

    They have the means to confirm that the guest did not show. Also, they should extend the time frame you're allowed to mark a no show. because it seems that if you do not mark it as a no show with a day or so, they will include it in your invoice.

    Yes I mark as no show a day after their arrival

    If you go into your extranet click on finance then on Reservation statements  there is now a box on the far right of every booking that you can tick to dispute any of your bookings you are being charged commission on.

    My guest did not arrive and was marked ' not paid yet ' - the booking was removed from my chart and presumed matter closed . Only now to be charged for commission on business I did not earn . 

    Repeatedly advice bookings.com but to no avail . 

    Cannot pat commission on a non arrival .

    Had already informed the guest of unavailability  for which he replied & don't understand why I have received an invoice . Have absent several messages to Booking.com about this.

    I got an invoice for commision and it is marked as cancelled in my bookings. I am not paying the invoice as the booking was canceld and it shows on my reservation . Tonnie Proper

    Since two months have been sending messages for the invoice to be cancelled as the guests were informed of unavailability & didn't turn up.

    Thank you .After contacting the accounts dept  & giving my explanation the invoice was cancelled.
