Hello, as we are in the guest welcoming business for quite some time now, we see that there are so many more ways for guests to book and that they are finding loopholes. We are noticing an increased number of guests, which cause a lot of problems. For instance, we had some guests that we know, that have a troubled past(drug addiction and so forth), have made material damage to the rooms, upon which we have told them that they are not welcome at our property anymore. As time goes on, time passes, it gets easier for them to book. How can we cancel the reservation from our side, that it would be acceptable to booking.com? As these are the guests that are not wanted and cause troubles, don't respect the house rules and we simply want to give other guests a nice experience without some people's crazy breakouts.
