    Hi Maisondufac.

    Your settings are preventing your choice. So have a good look once again what you have changed and what you have saved. 

    If not successful, call the help team via Login to extranet and via Inbox tab you can leave your request for help, or via contact / telephone in your own country.

    What do you mean? Did you get in touch with the help team? Maison Madame Monsieur?

    Do you try to connect with BDC via your smarthone? Try contacting via PC and look for the login tab at the Extranet of BDC

    Did you get to that point. Keep asking questions, we'll get there in the end! :) heads up !!

    Try tomorrow, it is  1.37 PM in New Zealand, but may be 10 hours back in your country.....
