STILL NO MONEY IN MY ACCOUNT

I STILL HAVE RECEIVED NO PAYMENT FOR APRIL.

I HAVE BEEN ONTO FINANCE AGAIN LEAVING A MESSAGE, THAT WILL PROBABLY NOT GET ANSWERED.

I HAVE ASKED FOR MY APRIL'S COMMISSION CHARGE TO BE REFUNDED AS A GESTURE OF GOODWILL TO OUR PARTNERSHIP.

WHY SHOULD THEIR PROBLEMS,BECOME MY PROBLEMS, THEY WORK FOR ME!!

I AM THEIR CUSTOMER IF WE TREATED OUR GUESTS LIKE THAT WE WOULD HAVE NO BUSINESS, AND RIGHTLY SO!

Interesting - I am having same problem - even received an email yesterday saying I had now been paid - but still no money in my account. I have asked for a commission refund also - and also threatened that I will start cancelling (Booking.com) bookings for June, telling the guests I cannot accept the booking as I am not getting paid.
