Have you spoken with your local trading standards? are you still accepting BDC bookings in the same way where the guest pays BDC up front.

I'm afraid it's only partners here. There is obviously a major problem at BDCs end that they are unwilling to divulge or communicate about.

Data corruption?

Hacked?

We'll never know. Handled very poorly though. A level of compensation would be a grand gesture in the wake of their leaving partners hanging with zero explanation or feed back on the problem, plus cash flow problems with bills to pay.

I suggest a one-off discount on monthly commission charged to all those effected.
