Cancellation by guest but not disappeared off my system

A guest has cancelled as he booked the wrong room, but the booking is still on my system.  When looking on my booking.com intranet it clearly says the booking is cancelled but booking.com is looking for a replacement guest!!! 

Have I missed something?

Yes that mean the boing was eligible for the Risk Free programme.

 

If you want to give the room to someone you have sooner, then just change the inventory count or close the room.
