Personally, I can tell by your host picture with the pup that you're gay friendly :)
You could use a picture of you and your spouse/partner in your description and leave it up to the traveller to put two and two together and if they're paranoid and are concerned that you're a 'couple' then they'll move on. Other gay folks will probably assume you're a 'couple' and gay-friendly, just as straight couples would assume a mixed gender couple were married/partnered.
Although 99% (or more) of traveller's don't care about their host's orientation it is important to know that where you're staying on a hard-earned vacation the hosts aren't going to be critical. It is a valid point regardless of how accepting one perceives the world around them to be.
