    You'll have to contact Booking.com that guest stayed only one night (as agreed with the host). Make a request for a modifcation of their booking. 
    Call them or contact them via extranet.

    You can amend the booking on the extranet 

    Open the reservation by clicking the clients name in blue, 

    On the right under "Update this Reservation" click on 'change dates and prices' it will open an option where you can change the check out date, and then you will only be billed commision for the amended dates.

    I have this feature disabled for my property. Can not click the button for past and future bookings. 
    Would be nice to manage this manually.
