we had a guest book early this morning and at 6 pm tonight cancelled the booking. As B.C. won't allow us to do Payments Online and no way of forcing the guest to pay a deposit, there is no penalty for the guest cancelling like this. Any suggestions? We have now had 7 cancellations out of 9 bookings. Most within the first 24 hours with no penalty, and the 14 day moderate cancellation policy. Our last guest said our facility was awesome, we weren't charging enough, and gave us a 10/10.
