Wrong check in information sent to guests
A guest recently phoned me when she was trying to get access to the property- she said that she had been sent information about checking in and she had been given a code for the door , the reason she called was because the code wasn't working. She told me the code she had been given- this was an old code which is no longer in use. I cant find the section on the website where I can update the code so that this wrong code is not being sent to people?
