Issues with the Calendar

Having major issues with the Booking.com sync calendar. All my calendars are synced and work amongst 3 platforms however it is not syncing properly on Booking.com. I have had 2 bookings already I have had to reject as a result.

Any tips?

I never had any problems - just double check that you have the calendar synchronizing both ways (ie. on the booking.com and for example airbnb) and you will need to use the refresh to update the data otherwise for nothing.

We have checked all those settings with customer support on the phone yet the refresh still will not show certain dates booked outside booking.con as having been reserved.

My calendars are synced and are working well. Booking.com has suggested to me to double check my calendars after every reservation because a double booking can occur if guests happen to make reservations at the same time.

Sorry I just had a reservation for 7 days in May and although my Airbnb calendar has been synced the last day was not blocked so I blocked it manually.
Therefore double checking our calendars is more than vital.

We have also had this problem, a random date just will not synchronize even if it is part of a longer block of dates.

There is no problem in my calendar too. Just uninstall the app and again install.

We have had multiple random calendar sync issues across six properties, unable to resolve.  Does not matter which platform we use to enter the dates or initiate the sync, import export settings, etc.  We can add or delete events on other dates, no problem, but the random broken dates will not sync no matter what.  We have to manually block each and every date booked outside booking.com just to be sure we don't get double booked by this failure of booking.com's site.  Customer service gave up when sync failed repeatedly while on the phone with us; after trying various tricks they finally resorted to "Hire a channel manager".  So we can pay some third party to have the same problem with automatic sync we already do?  Ridiculous.  Airbnb has no problems with syncing and even seems to check the master calendar for any recent updates before allowing a new booking.  Perhaps booking.com will fix their site when airbnb buys them out.
