    It is an interesting question. I always ask guests for the reason why they cancelled their booking. The most common answers are:

    1. Plans have changed

    2. Found smth cheaper

    3. Number of guests has increased

    4. Personal reasons - illness etc.

    However, these answers help to improve nothing:) But asking for the reason shows that I care and possibly next time they book my place to stay.

    HAW I CANCELLED UKRAINIAN GUESTS, THEY ARE MAKED ME ONLY PROBLEMS WITH FAKE RESERVATON.  MIRJAN , MITEL B&B, LOKEV SEZANA.
