    Same for me, double booked told it was my fault, given no help and financial cost mine. It was definitely not my fault but no hope of an admission of their system's guilt.  Can be easily rectified if given the same option to reject a booking before final confirmation as in AirBNB.

    If you were overbooked it was your fault. Get yourself a channel manager if you are using more booking portals. You can not compare AirBnB to
