Good Morning

If you have recently signed up with Booking.com you will, unfortunately, not be able to charge a deposit until your property has been verified.

You're welcome to e-mail the Guest and request one - Some do pay, some do not citing the "No deposit required" clause.

You won't even be able to cancel a booking until you are verified. That's the worst.

The easiest thing to do would be to contact Booking.com and request sending someone out to verify your property as soon as possible.

Hope that helps.
