Uncomfertable feeling
Help. Just had a booking for juli, now these people start ringing me up, to make a deal with me.
They booked for four but want to come with five and one of them is disabled and needs a special bed.
I want to cancel the booking because i don"t feel comfertable with these people. How can i do that?
Hi,I you think that your apartment its not suitable for a disable person and it's only for 4 person (it must be in the description) you can anulate the reservation.
but take contact with booking to confirm.
