Cancelling reservations

Hello! I'm new to the page and I still do not know how it works ...

Today I published my ad, I rent rooms in my house during the month of July, so I had the dates of my calendar between June and July, but a client has booked in August!

It must be an error.

I need to be able to contact any technical support to correct this error. In my calendar I had only marked dates between 25/6 and 25/7/2018. I have not made August available, but the reservation is immediate, and it's done.

Please, who can I contact?

Hi Rebeca!

Thanks for asking.

Go to your Calendar and make sure the rooms are marked as Closed if you don't want bookings.

Then I suggest you phone a friend from booking.com. On your extranet in your Inbox -> Booking.com messages. You will find their number there.

If the room was closed and someone booked then Booking.com will need to investigate.

Hello! I am new user of the booking and I forgot to close the calendar and a guest made a last minute reservation for today ... I already sent an email to the booking and a message to the guest but I do not know what to do to cancel the reservation.

If somebody can help me, thank you!

Sorry to hear about your issue.

Your first instinct, if you want urgent help, should be to get into contact with customer care. Phone your dedicated line by following the steps I set out in my previous message on this thread.

The guests are often lie, they didn't come. So, want to know, have you some everage to control the guests
