I also use "Payments by Booking.com" so I am not familiar with Pay Later feature. It would be best to contact your account manager.

Helo, community admin.

Thank you for jump into the discussion. Highly appreciated.

Reading your explanation, I understand that my property use payment by booking.com for 'partners that are able to work with credit cards".

At my property we need the physical cards to be able to charge the price.

We already talk to the bank that provides the EDC machine, but the bank only allows 4-stars hotels to input manually credit card numbers + expiry date into the EDC machines. Other type of businesses must present the physical cards.

So, in case of no-shows, we won't be able to charge for the rooms that are already provided for the bookers. Most of the cases, we can not sell the no-show rooms to others on the same day (or late night).

Can Booking.com handle 100% payment from my guests and transfer monthly to my bank account ?

I am very ok with monthly transfer, since all my online payment bookings are transfered to my bank account monthly.

Thank you.

Dear Wistar,

I think you have to send your request through your Extranet inbox tab directly to booking.com.

Wish you all the best.

Hi I have a problem.

99% of the no-shows are 'Pay Later' customers and creates income problems if we provide the rooms but no shows.

How to change my property to pay now?
