I didn´t receive verification code yet!!!

Hello everybody

My name is Alejandro Zambrano, live in Argentina and have an apartment

for rent in Buenos Aires

I didn´t receive verification code yet and my apartment is closed

address is ok and repeat operation and didn´t receive from july 19

any suggestion?

Hey there!

Sorry to hear that.

Did you let Booking.com know you have not received anything? One needs to annoy them with your follow ups for some reason.

On your home page there is a link, right under the window where you need to enter the code, the link says "I have not received my code". Click that AND send them a message.

On your extranet -> Inbox -> Booking.com messages. Send a message there.

Yes, I´ve made a lot of calls and send messagges to booking without any response,

only say me:

Dear Partner,

We have forwarded your message to a specialist on this topic. They generally respond within 2 days. Nothing else is needed from you in the meantime.

The Booking.com Team

And 2 later days nothing, is very strange

Hi, I have been trying to list for a week now. The site is on line, but reads cannot be booked....wondering why. Keep trying..getting nowhere

Hey Alejandro,

Sorry to hear that. It did take a good month or so for my properties to go live. The account manager on my property advised me that he was busy with it since I listed it but there are many steps to take before they get to the point where they contact you.

Maybe give it 3 weeks (I know, so long!) and if you don't hear anything, start bothering them again.

Ya q sos de Argentina te escribo en argento, sorry group, te digo q pasaron 4 meses hasta que recibi el código, después de reclamarlo 2 veces.

Y la vez que lo recibí fue la del último reclamo, las 2 veces anteriores no llegó nada al depto.

Cuando bloquearon la publicación lo que hice fue llamarlos 2 ó 3 veces por semana, los volví locos, incluso completaba las encuestas marcando que todo estaba mal, no se si eso habrá hecho algo pero al final llegó la carta, la gente de atención telefónica tiene la mejor de las ondas pero por lo que dicen no tienen forma de activar nada más que dejar sentado el reclamo.

Estuve casi un mes bloqueado, como para que no te asustes ni te mate la ansiedad, cualquier cosa a tú disposición
