Hi! Mircontinental and welcome to the forum. Search again as a guest and make sure that your rooms are shown as sold out.
If you still have problems send a message request through your extranet inbox or call your BDC local office for support.

Please help me with this problem. I tried to get a pass code to confirm property but I never received it and now they are saying I have to wait 12 days and that will not work for me as my property is available on June 28 to July 5. HELP

Only booking.com is authorized to provide you with the verification code. Please try to contact your local BDC office and ask for support team to help you with this matter.

I had this problem, it is because I did not see all the restrictions on my calendar. I was missing the no arrivals and no departures restrictions. Had to call in to get the agent to add it to my profile, I then turned off the no arrivals and no departures settings. She said it will take a few minutes for the front end to update and not show as sold out.
