Has anyone received a guest review award that was different to the year end score. We got to a score of 9 in September 2018 and held that score until end of year. Certificate arrived in January with a score of 8.8.
Earlier in 2018 booking.com agreed to a massive removal of old reviews that were for previous owners prior to business purchase in June 2017 . Our higher scores after ronovations were not impacting the score average. Now after 220 reviews we have average of 9. These are all reviews since June 2017 so hence my disappointment with the award given.
