Card details

Is it just me or are loads of other hotels sick of guests being able to give incorrect or insufficient card details which can result in no revenue at all when a guest fails to turn up.pre authorisation only annoys the guests as their money is put on hold and they then think they have paid in advance when they have been told that they will pay on arrival which in turn results in a very poor review

It might be prudent to switch to prepayment as it has additional benefits too 

 

  • Payments bY BDC
  • Prepay via virtual temrina provider (sumup, payrex)
