    Hi Fadhel

     

    Could you please call your local help centre / finance department .

    And ideally before Easter.

    And tell them what happened.

    Because you ring, or leave them a message so your account won't be blocked.

    You can ask them if BDC will take that money from your account every month. 

    You can login via the Extranet of BDC and go to Inbox and message to send them your request.

    The contact number should be underneath that. 

    Or under "home"   .

    If you are not familiar with it, ask someone you know and trust, that is computer knowledgable, and help you with calling or writing. 

    They can arrange something for you I am sure.

    Don't delay, because if you do nothing they think you will be a permanent non payer, and they block your account.

    Fadhel very sorry to hear about your struggles.
    In my invoices there is always information how to pay booking.com commission. Are you sure there is no payment instructions in your invoices.

    Thank you for reaching out to me Mr.Aaltje and Mr Adamopoulou ,
    So i followed your instructions i went yesterday to my local bank ( UIB ) and sadly i was informed that they can't send any money to other countries due to our country poor economy and restrictions. And today i went to the central bank that have access to everything bank related hoping to find a solution but unfortunately they said it's impossible to transfer the euro currency anywhere and even used the term illegal.
    Honestly i don't know what to do at this point , i would request to change to online payment but what will happen to the March and April commission, I would appreciate it if you contact me directly and see if we can make an agreement.

    Fadhel, you should write directly to Booking. Go to inbox, choose message to Booking and Finance. If they operate in your country, then there should be a way to settle the commission.

    Thank you for responding Yes i messaged them the minute i commented here, they told me they will try to resolve this issue until then i don't have to do anything.

    I appreciate all the help i got from this community, you guys are awesome!
