Commission
Hi there,
Can anyone tell me if commission structure has changed recently??
Ive paid 15% on nightly rate only in the past, now it looks as though im being charged on gross, including cleaning and cc fee??
Making accounting pretty difficult.
Can anyone help please??? TIA
Managed to get through to BDC. So there was a bug apparently, I have been overcharged on at least 3 reservations. May pay to check folks.
