Fraudulent bookings by rival partners
Booking.com policy allows fraud guest booking to go Scot free which causes economic loss to hotels. Yet it penalises partners when they do not honor bookings. You need to change your policy which supports fraud.
Booking.com supports economic loss to partners by taking no action against guests who make fraudulent bookings. It needs to make policy that is fair.
Have other hotel partners faced large percentage of bogus bookings via booking.com? We face a lot in Dubai and even when flagged
To customer service they do nothing to help. They hold the hotel to ransom but not to guests who do no shows.

On the Ocean. Getting ridiculous we have had 3 months of fraudulent booking problems we are small only 3 rooms so loss is great!
If Booking sees a pattern why can't they stop it?
