    if you are trying sign in the booking.com then then booking.com sent you massage at your mobile so once you get it then you need to enter into the verification code. booking.com only sent you certificate,trophy and etc into the post office according to my view

You can reach out to them via your Extranet Inbox tab and send your request. Or maybe you can call your local BDC office and ask them.

    We don't live in our holiday rental villa full time and cant receive it till I go back over and have asked if it could also be sent to my UK address as I wont be over till the end of March so I cant activate it to go live which is not good because people are looking now, other sites I am on don't use this method. So really not fit for purpose.
