The person that gonna read those review will know which review is real, which is to personal etc. The new guest can decide by themselves. Also if we received very unreal review and not according to those website regulation, we can contact them to remove those fake review.
We also have same issue sometime but not often. Mainly it happen from B.com marketing team that they put wrong hotel link. If it happen you can send email to market manager to solve out.

All guest ID needed (Mandatory) except quick visitor, especially if they are stay overnight or use hotel facility such as swimming pool, sauna then we should charge them as well.

I don't think that they can do VDO call for verify property base on their security reason.
If you close on Sunday, then you just need to close sell on Sunday. If guest book on Saturday, they have to check out on Sunday anyway.
