    Hey there,

    Welcome to the forum. 

    The only reason I can think of why it would say that is if you haven't set up a rate category yet. Check that first -Rates and availability -> rate categories. 

    If that doesn't work, my suggestion would be to not keep struggling by yourself. Phone a booking.com consultant, they are always willing to assist and they are much more knowledgable in these things.
