    Hi there,

    I'm sorry to hear about your struggles.

    Suppose the only thing we can do is wait for them to fix it. If it happened to me, I would ask them if they could compensate me somehow. Maybe something like Highlighting my property for about two weeks after the issue is fixes so as to cover damages. 

    Doubt they will do that though.
