This is probably the 5th post I've seen asking the same thing. It seems that everyone is struggling now.
I suggest an aggresive marketing campaign on Social media (as it is free). You can only lower your prices so much before it starts impacting your operations.

I am on Airbnb (only good for high season) and have been with Booking.Com for 6 months. I was getting up to 3 - 4 bookings a day but that is now majorly
Better prices, more visibility, better quality, things that are the obvious.
