Promotion not showed public
Hi everyone,
We just launched a promotion for today and tomorrow in our accommodation but the promotion isn't published yet. Don't know why because all the settings are fine. It just don't show up in the page.
Can you help? Thank you so much!

I've experienced the same thing before. Booking.com says you need to wait about an hour and check again although it should be live immediately.
If after a good while it still doesn't show, you need to phone booking.com and have a consultant fix it while you have them on the line.

Promotions don't show up the same way for everyone.
BDC is working on the A&B Testing method when they present certain things.
You might not see it, but other might see it.
If it's set up, surely it is working. Maybe you can try from different devices in different places to see the promotion applied.
