    Hi there,

    Thanks for posting.

    Remember you are solely responsible for everything regarding your property and how it works. My suggestion (one of my favorites on the forum) is to Add it to your Fine Print. 

    Go to Property - View my descriptions - and scroll to the bottom where it says Fine Print. Add there that there is a cleaning fee. 

    Remember to also make sure Cleaning is not ticked on the Room Amenities.

    I can't find a way of adding anything to the fine print. Quite new to Booking.com and finding it very complicated despite a lifetime in Tourism.

    Just send b.com a message on the extranet with the wording you want added to your fine print (or telephone them), they normally change it very quickly.  If it's there in writing you can then point it out to your guests on their confirmation.

    Yes, Angela's way might work best for you but they might take a while longer to get it done. 

    It takes a while to get the hang of the Extranet but I'm sure before no time you will know every in and out, meanwhile we are all here to help you. 

    Did you find the fine print? (Property -> View my description. Scroll all the way to the bottom.) Make sure you are on the PC not on the mobile site when you want to set it up yourself.

    Thanks Leandri for the tip about Property - View your description. I didn't know about that and I have problems with 2 out of 3 guests that do not know anything about additional charges. I hope this will help.

    I set cleaning fees in Property -> Policies ->  Additional fees & charges -> I added Cleaning fee per stay,
    When I try to book my pretending that I'm guest total price seems to not have cleaning fees added to total price. How to solve this issue?

    I have the same issue as Youhomeinbristol.

    It should be included in the price shown to the customer.

    Why didnt  b.com give me the cleaning fees they collected on my behalf? How do i get from them? There is no way to contact them. Pl help
