Why extra discount for mobile users, If mobile users are consistently increasing
I wonder that why hotels are asked to attract higher volume of customers by giving "EXTRA DISCOUNT" for mobile users because number of mobile users are consistently increasing.
Mobile users should be by now considered like other users by all these booking channels online which will eventually be more beneficial for everyone, as hotels can improve their ARR, if hotels ARR will improve direct impact on commission for booking channels which means higher commissions and end user will have more properties to choose from.
I guess this will help to boost property performance and more delight to customers
Will appreciate everyone's opinion and inputs on this

Advertising revenue, trying to push users onto the app. Plus an excuse for an easy sell, discounting is the second weakest form of selling, anyone can "give it away" but that is not 'selling".
