So I recently uploaded some photos and went on the bdc site to check if they are online only to find an extra one from a traveller! Is this a new feature?
Anyway this particular pic is of another part of town in a different area (otherside of the peninsula) which is industrial with cranes etc whilst my apartment is a seafront!
Any ideas how I can remove the association? All properties in the area are now affected by this pic!

jaybeegee I had similar problem when I first listed my property. It didn't really matter because it was a beautiful picture of Acropolis. Unfortunately yours is not nice and you must delete it. Maybe you should call your local BDC office and report it asking them to handle the matter.

Unfortunately bdc have confirmed that they are "unable to remove the traveller photo from the property page since it's a part of a test involving guest-generated content.
It is true that the photo has a caption that shows it's a photo of the destination and not of the property and that it was provided by a previous traveller but it looks horrible and am sure it is a deterrent to guests!
According to bdc "This type of content adds value and trust to the overall customer experience." ... what crap really with a picture showing an industrial area with cranes and stuff ... very disappointed :(
