Can't see guest review
Guest told me that they left a review for my property but I can't see it - is that possible?
(I don't think that they are lying since they sent me a screenshot)

Hi! Maria Raboten and welcome to the forum. Certainly your guest isn’t lying. Sometimes it takes even weeks to get live for you to see. Just wait a little more and I am certain that it will appear.

My very first guest says they left me a review but was not within the 14 day timeframe. Will this review ever become available on my listing?

Hi! Breiner-House-Porto and congratulations for your first reservation. You see I told you reservations will come... I had similar problem with review. I called my local BDC office and they reassured me that once guests leave their review it sometimes takes a little while to go live. Guests can leave reviews even 3 months later from their checkout. So don’t worry.. Call your BDC local office and they will inform you.

I was wondering if I shouldn’t send them a thank you for booking message and what I can include in said message?
I have read in the forum about this but can not find this message any longer as for I am still trying to get used to navigating around the admin page.
If you can direct me to the page I’d appreciate it.

Oh and I’m not sure if the travelers are aware of the tourist tax applied here in Portugal, it would have to be collected upon arrival. I am not sure if this information is provided by BDC so maybe I should mention it in the welcome not?
Hi! Breiner-House-Porto of course you should send them a thank you message and you can also mention the tourist tax. In your messages you can also create automated templates.
