availability on site do not suit with my calendar
Hi, I just created my announcement, I have 2 rooms available however when I go on Booking.com and I put a period where both rooms are available, it appears only one room available. In my calendar both are available, what can I do?
Just to be sure:
- you have 2 room types in the extranet?
- are you sure that you have availability and pricing set up for both?
- did you check the close-outs?

As you can see below, I have both rooms on my calendar. I checked everything and it seems to be fine. I don't know what is wrong
For a technical problem you need to contact the booking.com Help Desk. They will be able to look at your setup for you.
