FINANCE TEAM S.O.S PLEASE RESPOND

WHY HAVE THE FINANCE TEAM GONE TO GROUND?

NO REPLY, NO RESPONSE.

PHONES ARE NO LONGER BEING ANSWERED WHY?

WHY NOT HAVE AN AUTOMATED RESPONSE GIVING US THE INFORMATION AND WHEN TO EXPECT PAYMENT.

I'VE BEEN LIED TOO TOLD THE BANK REJECTED MY MONEY, HOWEVER THEY EXCEPTED THE LAST 14 MONTHS WITHOUT ANY CLITCHES. NO MONEY WAS PAID WHY GIVE ME THE RUN AROUND. GIVE US ALL ANSWERS

Thank You - I though it was just me!!! I am so annoyed - why wont they even help or get back to us. I was due 3 payments for 3 different properties - 2 have gone in {smallest ones of course!!} but third is still outstanding - in the mean time I am having to juggle like mad to meet my outgoing payments - by the time we get the payment {God hope that we do!!??} it will be almost a good 2 months after the guest may have stayed - that really is shocking when the competition {owners direct / Trip adviser / AirBnB} pay the day after check in. An apology at least would be nice, along with a little urgency in getting monies transferred to the people it rightly belongs to. Changing my view on Booking.com .....
