Guest experience in the extranet is supposed to help you but it fails badly When we look at what guests say we can do to improve CLEANLINESS is selected by booking.com !!
Total rubbish - every cleanliness comment we get is fantastic - not one negative since joining 5 years ago and where mentioned its +++ positive every time and 100% from Visit England inspector
I asked Customer Services to sort this but they do not have a clue !!!!!!
