    You will need to process the VCard with a POS or with a payment gateway, MO/TO transaction method.

    There is no other way for you to do it.

    Well, there is, like asking me to process it for you and then transfer the money to an account, however you lose some to transfer fees.

    As Thulit wrote. You need a credit card terminal with the manual charge option. But be careful: these transactions are not verified until the guest's signature and can also be reclaimed at No Show.
    Many hotels therefore use a "credit card authorization form", which constitutes a contract and authorizes you to debit, so you are on the safe side.
    In some countries (eg USA) there are also virtual credit card terminals with this feature.

    Hello, I have been trying to get in touch with someone who could help for 4 days now. Since my very first message, I have received various replies, always from someone different who obviously doesn't have access to the conversation since every message is asking for more information and never a solution.
    I have been trying to charge the virtual cards created for the reservations at Ca'Sita B&B. I have sent you the jpegs of the image of the refusal answer I receive from Payrexx when I try to charge them I know my Pyrexx account is working because I have been succesfull in charging other cards.
    I have created an account with Payrexx in order to transfer the money from the VC. I know the Payrexx account is working correctly because I have tried it with two differect cards already. But all the BC I have tried charging from Booking have been rejected.

    We haven't been able to collect the money we earned and on top of that I have received a message warning us that the structure's page will be blocked if we don't pay the commission.
    We are very pleased with the reservation process Booking is offering, we really can't work without earning.
    I have called the support number we are given but the call never went through to the team and the number for the area consultant seems to no longer exist.
    I am starting to doubt that our problem will ever be resolved since it isn't clear if it is receiving any attention from Booking.

  • Payrexx doesn't work in Cuba or for Cuban businesses. The only country for which Payrexx is working is Brazil. That;s what their website says.

    Either way, having a Cuban property and taking payment is only possible through the MO/TO payment method, which not all online banks provide.

    As mentioned before, I can process those virtual cards if you need assistance. I work with over 30 Cuban properties at the moment, processing payments for them.

    Best is to ask your bank or credit card terminal provider for the "key-in" (manual credit card charge). Otherwise charge your guests when they arrive or send them a email for online payments (I don't know what's available in your country) or ask for a bank transfer.
    May you contact Booking.com and other OTA's and ask for a solution, some they do payouts also directly to hotels bank accounts.

    Hello Casitabnbhavana, i live in Portugal also my dad have a property in Cuba i mange it the bookings from here, i have stripe.com account lso tried many times through different platforms to charge VC without success, since September of this year till now i couldn't received anything, i also tried to contact booking and they simply don't care about it, they says that's the only way to pay properties in Cuba and that's it...i tried very hard to find out any mo/to solutions but nothing...please if you found or find something just let me know be sure i will do thd same to help lots of cuban hosts have the same problem...have a good day

    Hola Arnaldo, Thank you for your post. Are you able to charge the VC successfully with Stripe? Sorry if I ask, but it isn't clear from your message if that is the solution for you or are you still looking for one.

    I am still looking for one solution, with stripe also denied the transaction...i communicate eith stripe support and they says that they can't process VC beginning with the numbers they are sending...55...etc. they says to ask booking.com to change this because the system automatically rejects...but till now i have no solution...our verification property letter code arrive today so i will try to verify our property i don't if this matter's have something to with that? But be sure if i find any solution i let you know, because there are many people getting advantage of the Cubans propertys matter's because is a problem almost impossible to get the money even if you are living outside, and this VC is an extra cost we have to carry on, that booking till now haven't any solution...i am really sad...with this..

    Exactly, the only clean way would be to charge the virtual credit card through a credit card terminal (manual charge / key-in) of a Cuban bank.
    Virtual credit card terminals have some limitations, including the card issuer code, the country of origin of the card issuer, and geo blocking. Has nothing to do with the credit card number.
    In other words, you can charge a US credit card with a US PayPal account, but not a European one. In this case it will be difficult to charge a virtual credit card of Booking.com, which was issued for Cuba in another country.

    I am, or was, in Thailand also a bit affected by this problem. Although I was able to use my credit card terminal without any problem to charge the virtual credit cards, but there are legal obstacles to charge credit cards from guests. As long as the receipt is not signed, the guest can initiate a refund, meaning no booking is really guaranteed.

    Now we have adjusted our terms on Booking.com, all rate plans are non-refundable and with prepayment terms. In the Booking.com settings, we accept only cash and in the fine print is a note that we send a payment email and the booking is guaranteed only after a payment.
    We just "hold" unpaid Booking.com bookings and we can easily cancel anytime after expiration of the deadline (usually 24 hours).
    And if someone pays online, then the transaction is also verified - menas, no refund can be initiated by the cardholder.

    Hello, I am a US green card holder, with US bank accounts, and a property in Cuba. I am trying to charge several Booking virtual credit cards. I already tried Stripe, and the cards were rejected even with the help of the customer agents. I read from @Thuild - Your world of creation (franchise) that a POS device or online with a MO/TO method. Can somebody help me telling me which POS device or online with a MO/TO I could use? What website do I do it online, or when do I get the appropriate POS in the US?

    You can process these cards through us. We do not recommend any websites as there are a lot of issues with them, because they don't have licenses to process these cards and you will lose your money at some point.

    We are an accommodation group, therefore our licensing is fine and we can process these without hassles.

    Hello dear cuban friends, notice that smilewallet is now close...i was really lucky i could get the money before...now i am using tropipay.com i tested and works ok, the only thing you need to collect as much as pays you can, because the transfers the money the day after you charge the virtual credit card, and they charge 10eur per transaction once a day....so i recomend you to process many payments on the same day, the other useful thing is you can add cuban account and the money will be there 5 or 7 laborious days after. A friend of mine did a Bandec account. Hope this info will be useful for you, we need to continue working hard together for booking can transfer the money directly to the owners, because all these intermediaries, just get almost half of the money for the public price we have online...so hope they can solve this matter on the future...all the best...any questions please let me know...

    Hi i cant get my money for 3 guests now for virtual credietcard. Because of my credietcard machines username joans bloemiste link toe 13 on marsh bnb. If nobody can help i cant take more guest with virtual crediet card and need to cancel. Because now i am loosing money.

    I am not going to pay for another crediet card machine monthly just to put a virtual card through maybe once a month
