Well, Morten Larsen, Head of Product Marketing at Booking.com
Being new to this, i have tried to opt out of payments by booking.com, it is extremly difficult, i have messaged booking.com 3 times on how to do, the replys are just marketing propaganda, i have tried for 3 solid days to ring the number +6626105877 nobody answers, i then go to your post about "ask me anything" and find after about 14 questions in 4 weeks the post is not taking any further questions!!!!
The reason i want to opt out is that:
I do not want to wait a month after guest checks out to be paid (all other sites pay a lot quicker), but good way for you to make even more money from my money!!!!
Plus the people who i target will not pay in advance by card, they cannot afford to as they are groups who all pay towards the cost.
I do not like Booking.com automatically opting me into something i do not want and then making it very very difficult to change things
So maybe Mr Larsen you can tell me how to opt out or give me a telephone number that actually works
