I have only 2 rooms and they ask me to pay 1416 € for a 5 night stay. My price is 425 €.
The guest refused my other room and wanted to have luxury on my fee.
1416 € is one month income for me and the customer is so smart. She refused 3 offers and choosed the best.
I clean toilett and provide service for 30 days to provide luxury to 1 customer. It's not fair.
I trusted booking.com and they took my money,
The customer cancelled her booking and 5 days after asked for 1416 € and booking.com took my money and offered to her.
