Internet problem

Hello everyone, 

I have a problem with the provided facilities that are demonstrated on the home page of my property. Even though I have stated that I provide a portable hotspot, on the home page of my property it appears that I do not provide an internet connection. What can I do to fix it?

Hi -Euabozou and welcome to the forum.
In your Extranet tab find Property and then go to Policies and scroll down to Internet & Parking. There you have to state that you provide Wifi.

I'm having the same problem. The edit button for parking and internet does not work... No one is going to book a place without internet and parking...

Sorry to hear about your struggles.  If the edit button is not working maybe you should send a message request through your Extranet inboxtab or call your local BDC office.
