Probably because whatever system you're using to charge virtual cards, is not made for working with Vcards.
Or either the start date for charging the cards hasn't arrived yet so you have to wait till guest check-in/check-out date.

How did you opt for the 14%?
I didn't have that setting.
I don't know if it was me or not, but I do have mine listed like that.
However, the effects are not cool. I haven't received a single booking from them in the past 1 and half years. Since we made the changes.
Now the thing is, it's connected to my channel manager and removing it would be bad. So if you connect a channel manager to it, then they will register it as a hotel.
If you can handle the availability updates yourself, don't do it.

Dear Fera,
Each country and region has its own payout options.
Most probably if you don't have bank transfer available, you can activate a Virtual Card payout or take cash on arrival.
All these are in your Extranet Policy section.
