Two days is always booked by red colors

Dear Sir/Madam,

 

i would like to inform you that, i have a trouble regarding calendar. During last 7 days, all the time, there is two blocked rooms which i did not blocked. its doing automatically and all the time i am trying to fix it manually, i mean make it available.

 

Can you please tell me how to solve this issue not to check it every morning.

Dear Gio,

There could be various things that influence this.

My advice is to always include a screenshot of what you're experiencing, so it's easier to identify.

Now, back to the causes:

1. you have set an allotment release time, meaning that whenever there is a booking, after someone cancels it, 2 days before that date, the room will not be available

2. you have set up a bulk update of your inventory, meaning that you have selected specific dates or days of the week when there should not be availability

We need more data on your issue so we can give you the best solution/answer.

First of all, let me thank you for your prompt answer. I really appreciate it.

So, there are two attached, 1 image screenshot i did yestarday. in this scenario i unblocked manually yesterday and 2 image is what happened in this morning. its happening all the time like this, system blocks for two days in advance. I have not touched nothing and have no idea what its happening like this.

Hello Gio,

Okay, that seems to be much clearer now.

I suggest you open the calendar on a PC/Laptop, there you can view a bunch of settings that might do this.

From what I see, it must be some type of setting.

If you cannot find it, best to contact BDC about it for them to check it out.

The rest of the calendar looks to be working fine, so this is quite odd.

I have the following issue with the calendar (auto closed calendar,
please see attached photo). Anybody can help with the reason?!
