Owner of 2 Condominiums in Thailand

Hello, I would like to have your opinion on the fact, that at the Condominium complex of 270 units maintenance and repairs have to be done
on the 60 Meter long swimming pool, it is the only swimming pool in the complex.
Should I rent my Condominium during this month where the swimming pool is empty ?
The beach is 350 Meter away. The closed swimming pool during the month of May has certainly an impact on the rental price or ?
What do you think, should I rent out or not ?

In my opinion it is irrelevant, would list 24/7/356 as you want and price should only vary for promotions etc
