5 points? Waste of time, new system is **** our gripes covered above. Very guest centric system compared to other OTAs who are two way systems and don’t allow anonymous or no comment reviews
We had been signed up to Booking Sponsors Benefit programme. They were quick to remove us when asked, but only after giving us a marketing spiel on how good it was for us, ie. reducing prices at booking.com cost (and undercutting us), etc, etc.
now that we’re out of it, it’s now popping up as a an Opportunity to sign up :)
I don't do discounting, want all channels including ourselves to be the same, just found out we're on the scheme too with 6% discounts being given without our permission. have asked to be removed, let's see what we get back.
New system is terrible, just got 6 x 10's and the guest made a mistake (we verified this with them) as they gave us 8.0 overall. This is not the first time this has happened.
Once Received a 6.0 with 5 categories being 7.5. Just a terrible system that is prone to finger mistakes especially on a smart phone, how about some smarts to suggest to the user that overall score is not within a tolerance of the sub score's and that a suggested score should be X, or in the case above 10.
End of rant, have sent feedback a number of times with no response, also no comments being allowed, get scored down on a category but no right of reply? Don't know who you are (anon), when you stayed, and what your problem/issue was. Very guest centric
