Furthermore, pulse has a template to send guests a text to notify them that they room is ready for check-in.
Stick to your policy, if you can't find a new replacement for those bed nights then it is up to your policy.

I have since suspended her pending internal investigations as to who is at fault, I will definitely dismiss her and probably just let the guest go.
