If you look at other posts you will see that Booking.com does not wish to remove anything bad or wrong a guest writes about you

Do not waste your time writing to them

Sometimes there really is nothing more you can do. Despite the guest really enjoying their stay at your property, for some unjustified and unexplained reason, they will give you a middle-of-the-ground score of 5. As frustrating as it is, you just have to take it on the chin and carry on doing what you're doing.

You are absolutely right Nino Jejelava.

I think Booking.com should not allow:

    1. Anonymous guest reviews. If as a guest wishes to remain anonymous, it shows his bad intentions and it almost looks as he is ashamed of what he wrote, so he hides behind the anonymity.

    2. Rates without comment. OK, you find that the property is not good enough for you, well tell the owner what you think is wrong. The purpose of a rate should also be to help the property owner to improve by solving some things that are not good enough upon the opinion of the guests. In the case of my property which has an average of 9,4 on the basis of 425 reviews, my worse rates are those without comment. I know that a review without comment will not be read by potential guests, as there is nothing to read, but still it lowers the average rate with no reason.

    3. If you don't get a straight 10 for a parameter entering the rate, then you get a 7,5. It is very difficult to be flawless in everything, all the time. But even if some parameter is not worth a straight 10, perhaps it is worth a 9. So, if a guest does not want to give you a straight 10 for whatever small reason or detail, you end up with a 7,5, which is too harsh. I think the scale of the rates should be more diverse.
